Norwegian makes Asian restaurants free
Apr. 17, 2015
Norwegian Cruise Line has eliminated the cover charge and a la carte pricing at its popular Asian restaurants — including Shanghai’s Noodle Bar on Breakaway-class ships and Norwegian Epic, and Jasmine Garden on Norwegian Jade.
The move to make the restaurants complimentary is part of the line’s Norwegian NEXT upgrade program, giving guests more Freestyle Dining choices, officials said.
The eateries serve such dishes as fried rice, spicy seafood udon noodles, and steamed pork dumplings. There will still be à la carte pricing for sushi and a cover charge at the action-packed Teppanyaki restaurants.
