Cruise Deal of the Week

Choose Your Cruise – September 18, 2020

We’ve been busy for the past few weeks interviewing some of the top names in the cruise industry and travel media. Nobody is entirely sure when cruising will return to America, but thankfully we have experts to weigh in! We spoke with CBS Travel Editor Peter Greenberg for an in depth discussion on the state of cruising and what he believes the future of the industry looks like. We also interviewed the President of Princess Cruises Jan Swartz who gave us an update on the discussions with the CDC on potentially lifting the no-sail order. Check out those interviews and then follow @PortholeCruise on your favorite social media platform to stay up to date on the latest cruise news and noise!

It’s Friday! That means you get to Choose Your Cruise!

Cruise A

Royal Caribbean International is running a deal for 2021 cruises and parents are going to love it! Not only do kids sail free, Royal is offering 60% off the second guest and some fares marked down as much as $450. Dip your toes back into cruising with three nights in the Bahamas on board Navigator of the Seas.  Prices are only going to go up once cruising is back in action so locking in a great price now makes a lot of sense. Grab your snorkel and let’s go!

Cruise B

Short cruises to the Bahamas are going to be some of the first cruises back and you can book yours today. Leaving in January 2021, this Carnival Cruise Line itinerary leaves from Miami and sails to Nassau and Princess Cay over days. Inside cabins start at just $209 or you can go all out and book a suite for just a couple hundred more. If you’re a Carnival Cruise Line fan, this one may be too good to pass up!

Cruise C

If you’re closer to Central Florida, Norwegian Cruise Line is leaving from Port Canaveral with stops in Nassau, Great Stirrup Cay, and Freeport City. This 4-day itinerary on board Norwegian Escape starts at just $349 and offers a ton of great perks you can add on to make your cruise more enjoyable. Perks like specialty dining and free wifi are just some of the ways cruise lines are enticing people to book. It won’t be long before things are back to normal so don’t wait to book your cruise vacation!
