Ride in Style with Brightline Select Service

The Brightline high speed rail service already made it easy to travel between South Florida’s major cities, but a new focus on high end service means riders can travel with style as well as speed. Select Service is a new level of hospitality designed for both business and leisure travelers who appreciate the luxury experience.

Being a Select Service rider has its perks from the moment you arrive at the station with preferred parking and a Select Lounge in the Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach Brightline Stations. The lounges offer food and drinks all day long like freshly baked goods by Zak the Baker, fresh whole fruits, yogurt parfaits, fruit cups and daily freshly squeezed orange juice until 11 a.m.

Between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., Select passengers are privileged to seasonal healthy offerings and a self-serve wine and champagne station. After 3 p.m., Select Lounge guests can enjoy self-service beverage stations offering champagne, wine and beer, along with imported Italian charcuterie and cheese, and freshly-baked bread. Freshly brewed Illy coffee, assorted teas and an assortment of PepsiCo products and bottled water are also available throughout the day. During the weekends, the lounges will feature special surprises for guests, like a mimosa or Bloody Mary station.

Travel, Reimagined

For Brightline’s President and COO Patrick Goddard, the new Select Service echos the company’s commitment to a better travel experience overall.

“We are reimagining train travel based on the feedback and interest of our guests,” he said. “It’s more than connecting cities and people but providing a hospitality focused approach to transform the journey. The new Select service has been thoughtfully designed and implemented, from the wine selections to the on-board food offerings.”

Those traveling for business aboard Brightline Select Service will also have access to amenities such as independent work stations, complimentary wireless printing and scanning, stationary supplies, iPad usage, magazines and newspapers.

Brightline Select Service tickets can be purchased at terminals, online or using the Brightline mobile app.
