Chocolate Journeys with Princess Cruises

Princess Cruises, along with its partner, chocolatier Norman Love, is now offering a new series of “Chocolate Journeys” – featuring rich signature desserts in new venues, chocolate pairings with tea, special chocolate-infused breakfast items, and more.

The French-trained former executive pastry chef of Ritz-Carlton has designed unique, premium-quality chocolate confections for the Chocolate Journeys program. The new offerings include caramel-and-chocolate flan, peanut-butter chocolate tarts, milk chocolate Chantilly éclairs, and milk chocolate mousse at the International Café; chocolate muffins, Bretons, Danishes, and puff pastry for Horizon Court breakfast; a new chocolate cake each evening at Horizon Court; chocolate bites paired with flavorful teas at afternoon tea; and a signature chocolate soufflé available on select evenings in the main dining room. Chef Love will also unveil his recipes for premium Chocolate Journeys cookies at venues around the ship.
