When you think of a guys’ getaway, your mind might automatically go somewhere like, I don’t know, Las Vegas? But Sin City isn’t the only place a group of guys can go to have a great time. There are many reasons a cruise is a perfect escape and why you should consider taking your next guys’ getaway to the high seas.

Little To No Planning

For most of us, the women are the planners. They take care of every part of our vacation and all we have to do is show up. With a cruise, however, most logistics and costs — including accommodations, entertainment, and food — are included. This in itself is the best reason for taking a cruise. Not to mention you only have to unpack once (assuming you unpack at all).

Plenty of Options

East Coast, West Coast, or Gulf Coast? No matter where you reside, there’s bound to be a cruise port near you with major gateways, so getting there won’t cost you an arm and a leg. Plus, if you’re just looking for an extended weekend you can pick from cruises leaving on Thursdays or Fridays and returning on Sunday or Monday. Does it really matter which itinerary you pick though? With bikini-clad bodies all over the place, any option is a good one.
