Silversea has departed on its 77-day Grand South Pacific Expedition 2026, sailing aboard Silver Cloud from Fremantle (Perth), Western Australia, to Valparaiso, Chile. The voyage visits 57 destinations in 11 countries, including Australia’s Kimberley coast, the South Pacific, Easter Island, and South America, before arriving in Valparaiso on November 4, 2026.
“Our Grand Voyages are the fullest expression of what makes Silversea the leader in destination immersion – the rare luxury of time, paired with unmatched access to the most remote corners of the world,” said Bert Hernandez, president, Silversea. “This expedition carries guests from the Kimberley coast to Pitcairn and Easter Island all in a single, continuous journey. As we close the season in the Kimberley, we’re carrying that same spirit of exploration into the South Pacific.”
From the Kimberley to the Marquesas
The 77-day Grand South Pacific Expedition takes guests from Western Australia through the Kimberley, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Fiji, Tonga, the Cook Islands, French Polynesia, Pitcairn Island, and Easter Island before arriving in Valparaiso, Chile.
The voyage includes two exclusive events: a day at Finniss River Lodge in Australia’s Northern Territory on September 6, featuring a helicopter flight and luncheon, and an October 26 visit to Toki Rapa Nui on Easter Island, including a concert by pianist Mahani Teave, a visit to the moai at Tahai, and a traditional hoko warrior dance.
Guided by Expedition Experts
Throughout the voyage, Silversea’s Expedition Experts will lead excursions and provide daily briefings and evening recaps, with expertise in the regions visited.
